‘Different class’: Manchester City fans laud Ruben Dias for his Leicester performance

Manchester City continued their march towards the Premier League title with a comfortable win over Leicester this evening.

Goals from Benjamin Mendy and Gabriel Jesus were enough for Pep Guardiola’s men to edge ever closer to the title, with a 16th successive away win in all competitions an added bonus.

Guardiola used the game to rest key players like Ilkay Gundogan and John Stones, but it made little difference. City are simply purring, and whoever plays seems to be doing the business.

But one man who seems to keep his place all the time and was once again exceptional, was defender, Ruben Dias. The summer signing has proven a masterstroke piece of business and once again showed his class tonight.

City fans, then, were all over Twitter praising Dias for his display. The ex-Benfica man seems to be a firm fan favourite with the City faithful, with social media full of comments lauding his latest performance.
