Tottenham have reached an agreement to sign Benfica forward Carlos Vinicius and a number of Spurs fans have been reacting to the news on Twitter.

Jose Mourinho appears to have finally got his ideal Harry Kane back-up, with Sky reporting a deal to bring Vinicius in on loan has been agreed, with a view to buy next summer.

It means Kane should now be able to manage his minutes a bit more, giving Tottenham a huge boost in what could be a long season with a deep run in the Europa League.

Vinicius scored 18 times last season in Portugal and comes with a good reputation. Spurs fans, then, seem pretty excited on Twitter at the prospect of yet another new signing throughn the door.
