Eberechi Eze’s form at Queens Park Rangers this season has not gone unnoticed.
A host of Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool, are reportedly interested in Eze.
But the 20-year-old has already had to face a lot of rejection in his short career to date.
As a schoolboy, Eze was released by Arsenal for being too small. And spells with Fulham, Reading and Millwall’s academy set-ups followed.
But when he was released by Millwall in summer 2016, surely Eze would never have dreamed of being linked with the top Premier League just 18 months later.
Eze has been in such good form for QPR this season that he is already proving his doubters wrong.

But could Arsenal’s loss be Tottenham’s gain? If Eze fulfils his potential, Fulham, Reading and Millwall will be regretting their decision to let him go.
And Arsenal might also live to regret their decision to release him if he ends up starring for Tottenham.
Spurs see the England under-20 international as one for the future.
At QPR, he already plays an important role with the Championship side, operating as an attacking midfielder.
Eze is a playmaker and he also has an eye for goal with three goals and three assists to his name this season already.
With each game he plays, the young midfielder is proving a lot of clubs wrong and that could include Arsenal in the near future.
