Newcastle are reportedly interested in signing Mbaye Diagne this month.
Tuttomercatoweb claim the Magpies are keen to snap up the Senegalese powerhouse, who has been in terrific form for Kasımpaşa SK this season.

Diagne has scored an incredible 20 goals in just 17 games this season.
The 27-year-old, who was once signed by Antonio Conte for Juventus, is certainly hot property after such a brilliant first year with the Turkish outfit, with West Ham United also reportedly interested.
Rafa Benitez is keen to add to his squad this January, and Diagne could be a brilliant signing.
Diagne and Rondon would give defenders nightmares
If Newcastle were to snap up Diagne and pair him together with Salomon Rondon then it could make Newcastle a team to be feared.
The Venezuela international has already proven himself to be a real menace up top.
His bullish approach makes him difficult to defend against, and he’s started to add goals to his game.

Diagne stands at 6ft 4ins and has a very similar play style to Rondon.
He is extremely effectively in the air and uses his strength to hold defenders off.
Together they could be a complete nightmare for defenders to come up against. The fact that Diagne is prolific too is an added bonus.
