So, what has Unai Emery said about Arsenal and England international winger Bukayo Saka? Let’s take a look.

Aston Villa manager Unai Emery praises Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka

Aston Villa will take on Arsenal at Villa Park in the Premier League on Saturday.

One of the players who will start for Arsenal is Bukayo Saka. He is one of the best wingers in the Premier League and is a regular in the Gunners’ starting lineup.

Villa manager Unai Emery worked with the 22-year-old when he was in charge of Arsenal.

Ahead of the match on Saturday, Emery has raved about the England international and has been hugely impressed by the progress that the winger has made under manager Mikel Arteta.

Emery told The London Evening Standard: “They [Arsenal] have always had good players in their academy and Saka was one very good example.

“His development was because he had very good coaches in the academy and I helped him and he’s developing a lot under Mikel Arteta.

“He’s a very good player and he’s a humble person, and I’m very happy for him as a player.”

Bukayo Saka could become world class

In my view, Arsenal and England international winger Bukayo Saka could become world class. Teammates rate him highly.

Saka is 22 now. He already has a wealth of experience. The winger has made 149 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. Saka has scored 36 goals and given 32 assists in those games.

I believe that if Saka continues to progress and develops like he has done for the past few years, then he could become world class.

He is already one of the best players in the Premier League. If Saka does well in the UEFA Champions League consistently, then we will have to brand him as world class.
