'We're very close': Dejan Kulusevski names his three best mates at Tottenham so far

Ahead of tonight’s huge North London derby, Dejan Kulusevski has said he spends a lot of time with fellow January signing Rodrigo Bentancur.

He also said that two of Nuno Espirito Santo’s summer signings, Cristian Romero and Pierluigi Gollini, who also speak Spanish, have helped him settle.

In an interview with Stadium Astro, the January signing was asked who he spend the most time with within the Tottenham squad.

Antonio Conte has already strongly suggested that Kulusevski will be a permanent Spurs player next season, with the club having the option to buy him in the summer.

Kulusevski hails Bentancur, Romero and Gollini

When asked about the Spurs players he hangs around with most, the Swede said: “I’m close to everyone.

“We’re very close. It’s a young and very nice group.

“I hang around a lot with the Italian speaking guys. Gollini, Romero and Bentancur. We enjoy. Yeah absolutely [Tottenham feels like home].

“I’ve been here three or four months but I love the stadium, love the city, my teammates and my coaches.”

Kulusevski would probably love life at Tottenham even more if they were playing in the Champions League next season.

They really need to win tonight to keep that dream alive, and Kulusevski is part of a front three which can cause the Gunners problems.

If Spurs win tonight, they will likely hope the momentum generated would see them win their last two matches and hope Arsenal wobble to the extent they drop points again.
