Wolverhampton Wanderers are being linked with a move for Atletico Madrid star Thomas Lemar.
According to a report from Mundo Deportivo, the World Cup-winning winger will be allowed to depart the club this month after a poor start to the season, which has followed an underwhelming 2018/19.

The Frenchman has struggled to settle in Spain following his £53 million move from AS Monaco (Guardian), and manager Diego Simeone is ready to offload him.
Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea have all been mentioned, but Wolves are also apparently now interested.
With Adama Traore currently tearing it up for the Black Country club on one wing, Lemar coming in could potentially make Wolves a devastating force in the wide areas and final third.
TBR’s view – Defenders’ nightmare
Lemar has not shown his best form in recent times and is clearly in need of a move.

Perhaps he would fare much better in Wolves’ system that encourages attacking football, with Atleti of course known for being a defensive side.
At Monaco he showed how dangerous he can be, and the idea of him on one wing and Traore on the other could have full-backs quaking.
Lemar has devastating pace like Traore, although is lacking the same power as the Spaniard, and that could see him flourish in the English top-flight.
