West Ham United midfielder, Declan Rice, took to Twitter last night after watching good friend and international teammate, Mason Mount, net the winner for Chelsea.
Mount continued his impressive Premier League campaign by taking the ball past Liverpool’s Fabinho before unleashing an unstoppable drive into the bottom corner past Alisson.

It was yet another impressive contribution from Mount, who has come roaring back after being initially dropped by Thomas Tuchel.
And Rice, who is well known as being one of Mount’s biggest friends in football, took to social media to stick up for his long-time buddy.
Mount’s strike last night was his fifth in the Premier League and sixth in all competitions, while he’s also laid on a further six across the board this season.
The Chelsea man is sure to be in Gareth Southgate’s plans, too, despite a plethora of talent in the number ten role.
Rice, meanwhile, continues to be linked with Chelsea and tweets like this will only fuel the fire further inside those Chelsea supporters who want the England man at Stamford Bridge.
TBR View: Mount a class act, Rice right to praise him
Mason Mount is one of those Premier League players this season who is really making a name for himself.
He’s gone from bit-part player in the last few years to being one of the first names on the team-sheet for Thomas Tuchel now.
And rightly so. His goals, work ethic, and contribution to the Chelsea cause has been excellent. The thought of him and Rice teaming up at some point, remains an interesting after thought as well.
