Although he eventually made the difference himself, Declan Rice was so impressed with Arsenal teammate Kai Havertz last night.
On a dramatic night for Mikel Arteta’s side against Luton, two of Arsenal’s summer signings made a huge impact.

Havertz scored Arsenal’s third, only to see Rice put the cherry on top with a late winner.
And following the game, Havertz did take to Instagram to celebrate the win.
The German uploaded a photo shortly after his goal with the caption: “BIGGG. Another huge win. We keep moving.”
Of course, both Arsenal fans and players have been delighted to see Havertz’s fortunes turn around in recent weeks, and that was evident in the comments on this post.
As well as Rice leaving three shushing emojis, a host of the Arsenal’s favourites left their support.

The Gunners really are now gaining momentum, which will be needed with some tough games on the horizon.
As well as a trip to Aston Villa this weeknd, Arteta’s side will then face Brighton and Liverpool in the Premier League.
Win all three and a title challenge will be well underway.
Declan Rice was delighted to see Kai Havertz succeeding for Arsenal once again
Although eventually overcome, credit does have to be given to Luton Town.
Kenilworth Road is proving an incredibly tough place to visit, a venue many good sides are struggling to take three points from.

And when covering the game last night, Thierry Henry was delighted with one Arsenal player – someone he compared to Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne.
Although still fairly early in the season, Arsenal do now look to be gaining real momentum at the top of the table.
And with so many players coming into form at once, the likes of Havertz and Rice may now believe in a title push at Arsenal.
There have often been doubts over Arsenal’s ability to consistently score goals without a 20-plus a season striker.
However, with Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz both now regularly contributing, Arsenal are looking strong.
