Declan Rice rules out move to Newcastle amid latest transfer talk
Declan Rice representatives have dismissed reported Newcastle interest.
West Ham’s star man is undoubtedly their 22-year-old star.
Rice is one of the best holding midfielders in the Premier League and showed the world what he could do for England over the summer.
Understandably, many clubs want to sign the Hammers’ sensational talent.
One of the most recent links was to the newly funded Newcastle United.
However, it’s been reported now that Rice’s representatives have made it clear that he won’t be signing for the Magpies.
Currently, it’s hard to see why Rice would want to leave.
He’s scored in both of his appearances in the Europa League this season and is in top form at Premier League level too.
Declan Rice representatives have dismissed reported Newcastle interest
Capable of playing as a centre-back or a holding midfielder, Rice has got a fantastic career ahead of him.
David Moyes has trusted Rice to play in every single minute of West Ham’s Premier League campaign so far.
He’s clearly one of the most important players at the club.
The report also claimed that a future move for Rice will be based around silverware.
A transfer to Chelsea or Manchester United would make sense, but he’s not as interested in the bigger pay packet that Newcastle could offer.
For now, though, Rice will be keen to keep his head down and play football.
His displays this season will only earn him more plaudits.
In summer there could be a huge tug-of-war over his signature.
For now, though, West Ham fans will be delighted to see their man distance himself from the Newcastle rumours.
