Declan Rice posts two-word reaction to Jarrod Bowen display in West Ham win
Declan Rice has lauded Jarrod Bowen after West Ham beat Leicester on Monday night with a two-word response to the forward’s Instagram post.
David Moyes’s men top the Premier League after the second weekend of the campaign. It comes after they beat the Foxes 4-1 at the London Stadium.
Pablo Fornals scored the opener in the first-half. Meanwhile, Michail Antonio became the Hammers’ all-time leading goalscorer in the Premier League with a brace after Said Benrahma had doubled their advantage after the break.
A number of players produced outstanding displays. And Bowen was certainly one of those to really shine against Brendan Rodgers’s side.
As shown by Whoscored, he made five key passes. No player on either side made more than three.
Meanwhile, he also made four successful tackles. Again, no player on either team could better his tally on that front.
Bowen is turning into a superb footballer. The 24-year-old scored eight goals and contributed five assists in the top flight last season.
