West Ham United midfielder has waxed lyrical about Sonny Perkins following his Hammers debut tonight.
David Moyes handed the 17-year-old his senior West Ham debut in the Europa League victory over Rapid Vienna.
Perkins, who played for England Under-18s earlier this month, came on with 13 minutes remaining.

The teenager almost capped off his debut with an opening goal, his header drawing a fine save from the opposition keeper.
It was a momentous occasion for Perkins and Rice was quick to pay homage to his teammate on Instagram.

Perkins joined West Ham in 2019 from Leyton Orient and has impressed at both Under-18 and Under-23 level.
The attacking midfielder has five goals from eight appearances for the West Ham U23s and four goals and one assist from four U18s appearances.
In addition, Perkins has featured twice in the EFL Trophy.
West Ham won 2-0 in Vienna, with Andriy Yarmolenko’s 39th-minute opened and Mark Noble’s 45th-minute penalty sealing top spot in Group H.
