Arsenal saw off Liverpool yesterday to reignite their title push and send the majority of The Emirates Stadium home in a good mood.
Bukayo Saka’s opener had been cancelled out by a dire own goal by Gabriel Magalhaes just before half-time.
However, the Gunners showed spirit and a cutting edge to go and win the game as Gabriel Martinelli and then Leandro Trossard sealed a memorable night in north London.

Of course, Arsenal wouldn’t have got going like they did had it not been for Saka’s opening goal and in general, the England man was a threat throughout the game.
And after taking to Instagram to celebrate the win, Saka’s teammates were on hand to show him some love as well.
Down in the comments, the likes of Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and even Edu were on in there straight away to sing Saka’s praises.

Bukayo Saka leads the way for Arsenal
There’s some steel in this Arsenal team it seems. Steel that many doubted and you have to say, young Bukayo Saka is leading the way with it.
The England star was in fine form yesterday and was a nightmare for the Liverpool defence all afternoon with his pace and trickery out wide.
Saka took his goal well despite it being an open goal and essentially, he turned up when he needed to to help his team in a massive game.
Arsenal will be hoping this is the start of a big run for Saka. If he is playing well and scoring, then Arsenal are in a much better position to move both Liverpool and City aside in the title race.
