Davinson Sanchez has insisted that he will never stop saying how good a person Harry Kane is, and claimed that his Spurs teammates will support whatever decision he makes about his future – in comments reported by the Daily Mirror.
Kane remains the main talking point in North London. The striker, of course, was nowhere to be seen as Nuno Espirito Santo’s men beat Manchester City on Sunday.

As noted by the Daily Mirror, City are set to make an improved bid for Kane in the final stages of the transfer window.
Spurs meanwhile, are determined to keep Kane. So something will have to give before the deadline passes.
The situation has probably seen Kane lose some respect from a section of the fanbase. But it would appear that the players do not feel the same.

Sanchez has suggested that he would back the Tottenham talisman whatever happens over the next week or two.
“Everybody here knows just how professional he is and no-one can have any doubts about how good he is as a player, how good he is as a person and his professionalism, as I say. I could keep going, I will never stop about how good he is as a person,” he said, as reported by the Daily Mirror.
“We are just on his side and any decision that happens or he makes then we are going to support him because he gives everything for the club.”
Spurs given reason for optimism if they do ultimately sell Harry Kane amid Sanchez comments
Of course, Spurs are a much better side with Kane involved. And they will hope that he can recapture his best form if he does stay.
But Sunday acted as proof that Tottenham will move on if he does leave.
Nuno could have hardly asked for more from his players against the champions. They were outstanding.
Clearly, the Spurs squad want Kane to stay. But it does appear that the situation has galvanised the side.
