Darren Bent has told talkSPORT that he would not swap Gabriel Jesus for Kylian Mbappe at Arsenal amid reports that the forward is now keen to leave Paris Saint-Germain.
It appears that Mbappe is pushing to leave Parc des Princes in January. The Guardian reports that he is unhappy with the Ligue 1 side. He has been left disappointed with their summer business, as well as the fact that he has had to play as a number nine for Christophe Galtier’s side.

PSG hope to keep Mbappe. But you would imagine that a number of sides have been put on alert by the forward’s stance on his future.
Bent wouldn’t take Mbappe at Arsenal in Gabriel Jesus swap
Mbappe is one of the finest talents in the world today. Certainly, many expect the Frenchman to define the era alongside Erling Haaland and a few others.

But it seems that not everyone would do anything to bring Mbappe to their club.
Darren Bent was discussing the situation surrounding Mbappe. And he was asked whether he would swap the 23-year-old for Jesus at Arsenal. Interestingly, he insisted that he would not.
“Right now? No, I like what Jesus is doing. I’m not saying that Mbappe’s not the better player, because he is,” he told talkSPORT.
“No, Arsenal currently sit top of the Premier League table,” when asked again if he would swap the two players.
Of course, there are probably some Arsenal fans who would be baffled by Bent’s take. However, you can understand why the pundit would not make the change.
Arsenal’s ascent to the summit of the Premier League table has been built on an amazing team spirit. And Jesus has clearly played a huge role in that progression.
He has arrived as a proven winner with Manchester City. But he has not come in with a big attitude. Instead, he is working as hard as anyone on the pitch. And you would imagine that that is the same on the training ground also.
Mbappe meanwhile, is struggling to hide his frustration with life at PSG, it seems. So you can see why Bent may be wary of removing Jesus from the current Arsenal ranks.
