Aston Villa star Jack Grealish put on a dazzling display for England despite a 2-0 defeat to Belgium and afterwards he earned himself a glowing assessment from ex-Villa player Darren Bent.
The former striker spent four years at Villa Park and it seems he is in agreement with supporters over Grealish and how much quality he possesses.
Grealish was the star of the show despite the disappointing defeat for England and Bent thinks he should be a regular in Gareth Southgate’s team.
Following last night’s game, he took to Twitter to discuss the performance of the 25-year-old Villa captain.
Now a pundit on Talksport, he believes Grealish should be placed in the same bracket as Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane at international level.
What a performance from @JackGrealish , think you need to add his name along side Kane and Sterling as A must start going forward

Grealish is becoming a real star and Southgate should now be in no doubts over the Villa man.
For a while, it has seemed as though the England boss would do absolutely anything to avoid utilising Grealish.
The player hasn’t always covered himself in glory as far as his behaviour off the field goes – but on it, there has been no doubt at all.
Last night he was mesmerising as England tried their best to get back into the game.
The Three Lions fell two-goals behind before half-time and from there it would always prove a challenge.
That didn’t faze Grealish at all, however, and his magic moments captured the hearts of a nation.
Bent makes a really good point about Grealish when it comes to placing him in the same bracket as Kane and Sterling.
His creative spark is arguably unrivalled among the English players in the Premier League right now and he deserves his chance.
