Danny Mills has told Sky Sports News on Friday (11.50am) that he believes Harry Wilson should leave Liverpool on loan this summer amid reported interest from Leeds United – and claimed a permanent exit could be engineered for a cut-price fee.
Wilson, 23, is out of favour at Liverpool and managed only his second senior appearance for the Reds on Thursday night during a penalty-shootout defeat to Arsenal. He has instead gone on loan to Hull City, Derby County and Bournemouth.
Goal have claimed that Wilson is a target for seven Premier League clubs with Leeds said to be rivalling Southampton, Newcastle, Fulham, Aston Villa. Leicester have shown previous interest this summer, while Burnley have bid £12million.
Former Leeds defender Mills reckons Wilson needs to leave Liverpool on loan amid reported interest from the Yorkshire club, and has also claimed that if a permanent sale was to be carried out – a potential cut-price figure could be arranged.

“There wasn’t any of those young players that gave everything, they didn’t show the manager I am desperate to get in the first team. The game wasn’t great,” Mills said.
