In the summer, Crystal Palace were linked with a £15 million move for West Ham’s Michail Antonio, according to Sky Sports, and now they could get him at an even cheaper price after he was dropped yet again by Manuel Pellegrini.
Antonio got only his third Premier League start of the season against Manchester City last weekend and appeared to be getting his season back on track, but a thrashing followed.
Pellegrini then opted to leave Antonio out of the matchday squad to face Newcastle United completely, suggesting that his future at the London Stadium may be shortlived.

With that the case and two years left on his contract beyond the summer, the Hammers may be keen to cash in and avoid having a deadweight in the squad who Pellegrini clearly does not value given that even with Andriy Yarmolenko injured, he cannot make the bench.
For Crystal Palace, that could mean that he is available at a bargain price. Being nearby, Antonio could also be keen on the move and it would add much needed depth beyond Wilfried Zaha and Andros Townsend on the flanks.
Roy Hodgson needs to add quality to his squad if he is to be successful and Antonio would undoubtedly bring that. Coming at a knock-down price, it would be a win-win situation for the Eagles.
