There are a host of clubs chasing Coventry City defender Sam McCallum.
According to The Daily Mail, McCallum is being watched by scouts from a number of Premier League and Championship clubs. Aston Villa, Leicester City, Liverpool and West Brom are among the teams keen on the 19-year-old.
Coventry also have Mason

Despite his young age, McCallum has established himself as a regular for Coventry. He has taken the place of Brandon Mason, who is arguably one of the top left-backs in the division too.
McCallum has now played just under 30 senior games for the promotion-chasing League One club. He recently scored his first goal for the club with a free-kick that evaded everyone against Colchester United in the FA Cup.
The Sky Blues signed McCallum from Herne Bay as a 17-year-old after he impressed in Jamie Vardy’s V9 Academy. He could make the West Midlands club a big profit.
Coventry fans have been reacting to McCallum’s potential departure on Twitter. Quite a few fans don’t mind – as long as he’s sold for a good fee – because of Mason. Here are some tweets about it.
