Sadio Mane
The Southampton winger is understood to be considering his future at the south-coast club and Mane could certainly be an option for Arsene Wenger, if indeed the pacey Saints man decides that his future lies away from St. Mary’s.
The Senegalese international had an inconsistent season with the Saints but still produced enough impressive performances to gain the intention of the big clubs.
The 24-year-old would undoubtedly provide pace for the Gunners but would also give them a winger that is reasonably clinical in front of goal, something that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Theo Walcott do not provide.
Mane is still young and provided 11 goals and six assists in the Premier League last season and is able to be deployed both as a winger and a forward, much like Alexis Sanchez.
Whilst Mane has been linked with a move to Liverpool and Manchester United in a £40 million move, Arsene Wenger will be expected to splash the cash this summer in order to regain the faith of the Arsenal fans.
