It has been a season of change but a very encouraging one for the future for Liverpool FC. After three years in charge, Brendan Rodgers was replaced by the charismatic Jurgen Klopp who has steered the Reds to two cup finals in his short reign, although they are sitting in a disappointing eighth place in the league.
However, if the Reds win their Europa League final they will get Champions League football, which is always a bonus in attracting top class players. Added to the concoction is the appeal of Jurgen Klopp, who many players would be excited to work for.
This makes it a very important summer transfer window for the club on Merseyside. Klopp has been handed a team created by a different manager so will be looking to stamp his authority on the current squad. He already has Joel Matip arriving on a free transfer, but here are three more summer transfers the Reds could look to make. Be sure to flick to the next pages to see all three, and just how they could fit into the starting line-up in 2016/17.
