Tottenham Hotspur youngster Oliver Skipp has officially joined Norwich City on loan.
The midfielder has agreed to spend the full 2020/21 season with the Canaries in the Championship following their relegation from the Premier League.

Skipp is viewed very highly by those behind the scenes at Spurs, but right now there is huge competition for places in midfield.
Jose Mourinho last week made his first signing of the summer in Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, who theoretically makes Skipp’s chance for regular minutes much more difficult.
It is a real chance for the teenager to go out and experience senior football in a great league.
And perhaps there is another reason Spurs have let the youngster go to Carrow Road specifically.
TBR’s View – Godfrey to Tottenham?
Maybe Spurs allowing Skipp to join Norwich will boost their efforts to land Ben Godrey, who has been linked regularly with the club this year – with The Sun reporting interest in July.

Godfrey was once valued at £50 million by Norwich, but the club’s relegation means they’re now in no position to command such a figure.
The Daily Mail claim £27 million is the new asking price so perhaps Spurs, having done Norwich a huge favour in letting them take a top young talent in Skipp for the season, will really fancy their chances over the 22-year-old.
