Liverpool aren’t expected to so anything major in the transfer window given their incredible 2019/20 Premier League campaign.
The Reds won the title by a whopping 18 points, suggesting there isn’t a huge need for fresh faces.
That said, the rumour mill never stops and Jurgen Klopp’s side are being linked with several names.

A lot of the talk has been about Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara, but The Daily Mail claimed recently that Ozan Kabak of Schalke is on the club’s radar.
Kabak, supposedly valued at around £40 million by his club, has caught the eye in his first season over in Germany.
Despite a poor finish to the season from the club, Kabak impressed at the back and made 28 appearances in all competitions.
Such a move would probably be unlikely, but Schalke are said to be in need of cash and perhaps Liverpool have an ace up their sleeve if the interest in Kabak was to be stepped up.
TBR’s View – Mentor Matip?
Perhaps Kabak will see Joel Matip as proof a move to Anfield from Germany could be good for him.
Liverpool signed the Cameroonian as a free agent in the summer of 2016, but news of the pre-contract agreement actually came in February while the player was still playing for the club.

Klopp’s first signing has struggled slightly with injury in recent times, but has played a crucial role for the club in winning the Champions League in 2018/19 and the Premier League in 2019/20.
Potentially, as someone who’s made a success of things coming from Schalke, he could be a key player in any potential deal for Kabak – him being that success story could make all the difference.
