Leeds United are among a number of clubs to have enquired about taking Chelsea midfielder, Conor Gallagher, on loan next season.
The Daily Mail claims that the 20-year-old is set to be loaned out by the Blues again. Leeds, then, are said to be in the hunt and have made tentative enquiries about taking him next year.

Gallagher enjoyed a fine campaign in the Championship last season, splitting the season with Charlton and Swansea. He scored six times in total, while he also helped himself to 11 assists.
It was an impressive display from the youngster and one which has caught the eye it seems. However, could Leeds see their chances of landing Gallagher scuppered thanks to their past? It certainly might be a factor if Frank Lampard plays hardball.
Victor Orta and Lampard not exactly best of friends
While Leeds would be a brilliant club for Gallagher to work at and hone his craft – something Lampard will know professionally – you can’t help but think the Chelsea boss won’t want to do the Whites any favours.
Tensions are high between Lampard, Leeds, Derby, and Victor Orta following the infamous ‘Spygate’ scandal. Furthermore, Orta fuelled the fire further during Leeds’ last few games of the season.

That won’t have gone down well with Lampard. It could be, then, that the Chelsea boss encourages his board and Gallagher to ignore any sort of advance from Elland Road.
Of course, anything can happen in football and Gallagher probably would benefit from being at Leeds. But don’t put it past Leeds and Lampard’s history playing a part on this one.
