Moise Kean has struggled at Everton since his move from Juventus in the summer. His troubles were compounded when interim boss Duncan Ferguson hauled him off just 18 minutes in the club’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Sunday. But could Carlo Ancelotti’s potential arrival help get the best out of the Italian youngster?
Ancelotti has reportedly agreed a deal to become Everton’s new manager (Sky Sports) and will want to put his stamp on the team as soon as possible. The Toffees are currently sat 17th in the Premier League and will hope that the former Chelsea boss can make the difference.

Kean is one man who may benefit from the 60-year-old Italian coming through the doors at Goodison Park. The former Juventus striker has found it difficult to adapt to the Premier League since his summer move. Working with an experienced Italian manager could massively aid his development.
Fans will be hoping that Ancelotti can use his wealth of experience to carefully man manage Kean and perhaps take him on as a project to get the best out of the forward.

The Italian boss also has a history of liking powerful, direct strikers. Drogba at Chelsea, Lewandowski at Bayern, to name just two. Kean is in a similar mould to these strikers and could prove to be rejuvenated under his compatriot.
After scoring six goals in 13 Serie A appearances last season, Everton fans were rightly excited when he arrived at the club. It is important to remember that Kean is still in the early stages of his career. A boss taking him under his wing and carefully managing him could be key to his success.
