It has been a highly frustrating season for Leeds United owned centre-back Paudie O’Connor. The Irishman was granted a loan spell at Blackpool at the start of the season. Despite some positive moments he soon found regular football hard to come by and Leeds decided to send him elsewhere in January.
Leeds agreed for him to spend the rest of the season with fellow Yorkshire club Bradford City.
However, that move has also not proved beneficial. He has played just 46 minutes of football for the Bantams. He has not even featured in the last four League One matchday squads.

Bradford can only name five loanees in a matchday squad and O’Connor has been the one missing out under David Hopkin.
However, that could surely be about to change. Hopkin has stepped down as manager at Bradford, who are struggling to stave off relegation from the third-tier.
It could be that a new manager decides O’Connor deserves a place in the first-team again and the Leeds man can get some valuable first-team minutes. If not, then this will have been a tough season for the Irishman.
