Tottenham manager, Antonio Conte, has apparently given the green light to the club to go and sign Fenerbahce defender, Kim Min Jae, during the summer window.
Fanatik has reported how Tottenham sent a delegation to Turkey this past week to watch Fenerbahce see off Galatasaray in a huge fixture in Turkish football. During the game, Min Jae impressed once again and barely put a foot wrong in heated conditions.

And according to Fanatik, Antonio Conte has given his approval to the potential signing of ‘Kim’, should it come down to making a decision on who the club bring in this summer in defensive positions. The report states how the defender has a release clause of around £19m. That sort of fee is, of course, easily within Spurs’ reach.
Tottenham are looking to bring in more quality this summer after seeing success with the signings of Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur this January. A Champions League spot is a real possibility now, meaning the market could open up even more for Conte and Fabio Paratici.
TBR’s View: Kim Min Jae A Bargain At £19m
For the money, this is a steal. Kim has been excellent for Fenerbahce this term and there’s been interest from the Premier League before. And it’s no surprise.
At 25, the South Korean is at the optimum age to come into the club and hit the ground running. Conte will know he can improve Kim further, but also, that he is ready to step straight in.
His experiences in Turkey will serve him well and Tottenham would be getting a very good player indeed here.
