Tottenham managed to see off Brighton yesterday as they got back to winning ways in the Premier League thanks to Harry Kane’s goal.
The England skipper struck to give Spurs and Antonio Conte a much-needed boost after last weekend’s loss at rivals Arsenal. It puts Tottenham well back into the top three mix and once again showed the the resilience Spurs are becoming known for under Conte.
However, it wasn’t all rosy for Spurs and their manager. Indeed, Conte had to change formations for the game as Yves Bissouma came into the fold. The man to miss out was summer signing, Richarlison. And speaking after the game, Conte admitted the Brazilian had looked tired lately.
“Richarlison needed some rest, it is a different intensity to Everton so that is why he was on the bench,” BBC

The former Everton man has been making a big impression in recent weeks with his work-rate and goals helping him to settle in nicely at the club. But with Champions League games as well as a top four push this season, Conte is clearly keen to manage his new man’s minutes.
TBR’s View: Richarlison Will Play Big Part For Tottenham
Only a few Spurs players will play every game this season and sadly for Richarlison, he is in the category of player who will need to make do with being in and out.
Richarlison has proven a good signing already for Tottenham. And as the season goes on, there’ll be even more to come from the Brazilian.
But it is Conte who knows his squad better than anyone else right now and clearly, he felt a need to give his £50m signing a bit of a rest. Next week, don’t be surprised to see Richarlison right back in the thick of things.
