Tottenham face off against Seville in their final friendly over in Korea this weekend and Antonio Conte has confirmed that Heung-Min Son will get the chance to shine.
The South Korean star is the main man for Spurs on this pre-season tour and the home crowd look like they’re going to get their wish and see Son in full action this time around. Of course, the forward came off the bench and scored twice in the last pre-season game against a K League XI.

However, Son will get the chance to go one better this weekend as Conte, speaking to Football.London, confirmed that the South Korean superstar will get the nod from the off this time around.
“In the next game we have for sure to change. I want to change something. I repeat I want to make many rotations because in pre-season you have the possibility to try to give the opportunity to all the players to play the game and show that they deserve to play every game. Sonny, for tomorrow’s game, is going to start,” Conte commented.
Of course, we all know how much Conte rates Son so the chance to give him more minutes in front of a raucous home crowd is not something he’ll pass up on. Indeed, it was only a few days back Conte was lauding Son as one of the very best in world football.
TBR’s View: Son To Sign Off In Style For Tottenham
This would be the icing on the cake on what has looked like a very successful trip for Tottenham this summer.
At the end of the day, Son is a huge name in South Korea and one of the big reasons why Spurs have such a following in that part of the world. If he can indeed sign off with a few more goals, the that will only whet the appetite of those Korean supporters to see more next summer.
