A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Sergio Reguilon’s performance for Jose Mourinho’s side today.

Spurs were hoping to build a three-point lead at the top of the table in their visit of Crystal Palace in the 2:15pm kickoff.

And things began well as Harry Kane opened the scoring in the 23rd minute with a low, swerving effort which wrong-footed the opposition goalkeeper.

However, Tottenham weren’t able to hang on to their lead, with Jeffrey Schlupp bundling in an 81st-minute equaliser after Hugo Lloris failed to hold Eberechi Eze’s free kick.

Reguilon didn’t have the best game, misplacing a number of passes and slowing breaks down far too often, Mourinho eventually replacing him with Ben Davies on 84 minutes.

Here is what some Spurs fans made of the 23-year-old’s display:

Reguilon joined Spurs in a £28million deal from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window, and has made 13 appearances for Mourinho’s men thus far.

Up next for Tottenham is a top-of-the-table clash at Liverpool on Wednesday before a home meeting with Leicester on Sunday.
