Cole Palmer will be facing off with Manchester City in the FA Cup final on Saturday afternoon, aiming to resurrect what has been a poor season for Chelsea.
The Blues are out of the Premier League’s European places with two games to go, but an FA Cup victory would secure Europa League football for the West Londoners.
Ahead of Chelsea and Man City going head-to-head, Palmer has shown his appreciation for Kevin De Bruyne, picking him as one of the Premier League’s top-four greatest players.

Kevin De Bruyne on Cole Palmer’s Premier League Mount Rushmore
The England international recently sat down with Sky Sports to answer a number of fan questions.
One of those was who would be on his Premier League Mount Rushmore, both current and all-time.
When able to select from every player in the competition’s history, Palmer picked Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and De Bruyne.
The Belgian midfielder made 288 appearances during his time in the Premier League, scoring 72 and assisting 119, which is the second-most in the competition’s history behind Ryan Giggs (162).
De Bruyne then left Man City in the summer of 2025 for free when his contract expired, signing for Serie A outfit Napoli.

Cole Palmer names the best current Premier League players
As well as highlighting De Bruyne, Palmer also gave a mention to one current Man City star when selecting his top-four players still in the Premier League.
The Chelsea star named only one of his current teammates, Reece James.
It is perhaps not surprising that Palmer didn’t think to mention more Chelsea players, given they may end the season outside of the Premier League top seven.
Elsewhere, Manchester United standout Bruno Fernandes, Arsenal centre-back William Saliba and Erling Haaland made up the rest of his Mount Rushmore.
The Norwegian has 37 goals and eight assists to his name in all competitions this season, a tally Chelsea fans will be praying he does not add to this weekend.
