'Club legend': Leicester 'hero' set to depart this summer as some fans celebrate 'end of an era'

Some Leicester City fans have saying their goodbyes to defender Christian Fuchs after it was announced the Austria international is due to leave the club at the end of the season.

It was announced by the Foxes on their website that after six years, one Premier League title and one FA Cup trophy, the left-back will leave upon the expiration of his contract.

Fuchs has enjoyed a fantastic career with the Midlands outfit having joined the club back in 2014. His first season saw him saw him lift the club’s first-ever league title as the King Power Stadium team beat 5,000/1 odds.

His impact has dwindled over the years, however, he has proven a leader of the dressing room, helping the youngsters through the early stages of the Europa League campaign.
