Bayern Munich are reportedly making ‘desperate moves’ to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur in the coming days.

The German champions have been pursuing a deal for the Englishman for a long time now. Their interest has been very public as well, but Daniel Levy has not budged.

Tottenham have rejected three bids for Kane already, but Sky Sports claim Bayern are not giving up yet.

Bayern Munich are making ‘desperate moves’ to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham

Bayern Munich’s third bid for Harry Kane was tabled last Friday and it was reported that the Germans demanded an answer by midnight of the same day.

Daniel Levy, in typical fashion, ignored the demand and took his time.

Then, on Monday this week, Tottenham officially rejected what was described by many as Bayern’s ‘final’ bid, but the Germans are not going away just yet.

The report claims Bayern and Tottenham were locked in discussions overnight and continued talks into the early hours this morning to try and secure a deal for Kane.

No agreement has been reached just yet, but the outlet says Bayern believe the ‘underrated‘ Kane really wants to join them in the coming days.

That’s why they are said to be making ‘desperate moves’ to salvage this deal, and they are expected to come back in with a huge £95 million bid for Kane.

Bayern arguably made a big blunder by making their pursuit of Harry Kane public.

The last thing you want to do when you’re in negotiations with Daniel Levy is anger him, and numerous reports claimed the Tottenham chairman was furious at the time.

All hope, however, is not lost for Bayern. With Spurs not playing until Sunday, the Germans have a few more days to really push and secure a deal to sign Kane.

It’s still very possible, but Levy holds all the cards, and unless they convince him, Kane will not go anywhere.
