Christopher Jullien lauds Celtic teammate on Twitter after 4-0 win

Christopher Jullien has taken to Twitter to comment on Celtic’s emphatic win over Motherwell on Wednesday, and he included a message of praise for teammate Callum McGregor.

Neil Lennon’s men maintained their seven point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership. The Hoops thrashed Well 4-0 at Fir Park.

It was another fantastic display from the Bhoys, who have now won 22 of their last 24 games in all competitions.

And, perhaps unsurprisingly, it was another brilliant performance from McGregor. The midfielder produced an amazing run for Leigh Griffiths’s goal.

And he produced a moment of even better quality later on as he volleyed home Celtic’s third from the edge of the box.

And when Jullien took to social media to comment on the win, he felt compelled to laud his teammate’s display in the victory.

Here is Jullien’s post on Twitter…

McGregor has been outstanding again this season. He has now scored five league goals – as well as eight in all competitions – and contributed six assists in the top flight.

And Celtic appear to have hit top gear at a fantastic time.

Lennon’s side have won all six of their games since the winter break. It has allowed them to wrestle the title race initiative back from Rangers.

And with the Europa League knockout stages just around the corner, Celtic look to be in a very good position.
