Leeds United haven’t got off to the best of starts this season as they look to return to the Premier League.
Leeds are yet to win a game this season in the league or the cup, and after selling four key players this summer, you could argue that the wheels are somewhat coming off at Elland Road.
Speaking on BBC 606, Chris Sutton has been discussing Leeds’ business so far this summer, and the pundit says he’s baffled by what the Yorkshire club have done this summer.
Sutton says that he can’t believe Leeds have sold so many key players without replacing them, claiming that Daniel Farke is expected to perform miracles with a sub-par squad.

Chris Sutton baffled by Leeds’ business
Sutton shared his verdict on what Leeds have done this summer.
“Maybe they should listen to you, because I have to say that I am baffled by what’s going on at Leeds,” Sutton said.
“You think it was disappointing last season losing in the manner you did, but then you sell all your best players, you don’t replace them and then you expect Daniel Farke to work miracles.
“I bet there’s a lot of anger Rob, because Leeds are one of the favourites to go up.”
Leeds have to be busy
Leeds United have 10 days left of the transfer window to do some business, and they may have 10 days to save their season.
Leeds need to replace the likes of Crysnecio Summerville, Georginio Rutter, Glen Kamara and Archie Gray with quality players who can make a difference.
This summer transfer window has been nothing short of a disaster for Leeds, but after recouping huge amounts of cash for those four players, the Whites should have room to manoeuvre in the market.
Leeds need to back their manager if they want to stand a chance of being promoted this season.
Leeds have been linked with new signings, and they need to now start concluding those deals.
