Arsenal are performing much better than Tottenham this season.
The Gunners are in the title race while Spurs are competing for a spot in the top four.
However, there are some underlying issues at Arsenal that could eventually come to bite them, while, slowly but surely, Spurs seem to be getting their house in order under Ange Postecoglou.
Speaking on BBC 606, Chris Sutton has been discussing some of Arsenal’s issues and he’s, once again, touched on the goalkeeping situation at the Emirates, highlighting that Arsenal do have an issue with their goalkeeper that Tottenham don’t currently have to deal with.

Tottenham don’t have Arsenal’s goalkeeping issues.
The pundit shared his verdict on the goalkeeping problems at Arsenal.
“Then you have the goalkeeping shenanigans at Arsenal, where are you on that? Becaue Spurs don’t have that problem, it’s just Vicario,” Sutton said.
Could cost them
Of course, it’s low-hanging fruit to point out the goalkeeping issues at Arsenal when everything else is going so well, but, at the same time, it has to be said that this could eventually cost Arsenal.
David Raya has made a number of high-profile mistakes as of late, including two against Luton, while Aaron Ramsdale has looked shaky whenever he’s come in as well.
Mikel Arteta has created a problem for himself with these two goalkeepers, while Tottenham have taken a much more traditional approach with Vicario in as their undeniable number one, and that has allowed the Italian to settle with ease and grow into the role, while Raya has constantly been looking over his shoulder and seemingly thinking about the ongoing criticism in the media.
This goalkeeping issue could well define Arsenal’s season, and it’s something that they should probably address in the January transfer window by letting Ramsdale leave for pastures new.
