Chris Sutton was full of praise for Leeds United striker, Patrick Bamford, as the striker helped the Whites see off Spurs at Elland Road.
Bamford notched his 15th goal of the season in the win over Spurs. The Leeds star strengthening his case further for a shot at the England squad with another fine performance.

Sutton, who was working for BT Sport on the game, knows a thing or two about leading the line. The pundit had spells with Blackburn, Celtic, and Chelsea in a hugely successful career at the top of the pitch.
And speaking following the game, Sutton couldn’t praise Bamford enough for his efforts during the campaign.
“Patrick Bamford, what an incredible season, an amazing season. He leads the line incredibly well and scores goals and there’s a bit of ‘R and R’ at the end there with Raphinha and Rodrigo linking up well and a devastating finish,” Sutton said.
Bamford has enjoyed a fine return to the Premier League with Leeds. After being doubted in the summer over his credentials at the top level, he has more than proved those doubters wrong.
TBR View: Bamford deserves his England chance, he’s been exceptional
If Ollie Watkins can get in this England squad, then there is no reason why Patrick Bamford can’t either.
His goals, work-rate, hold up play, and general play as a striker for Leeds has been brilliant. He is key to Marcelo Bielsa’s side and without him, a lot of what they do would fall flat.
Bamford will be hoping for the nod from Gareth Southgate and if he keeps scoring goals, then there’s no reason he won’t be selected.
