Arsenal could probably do with signing a new striker this summer.
The Gunners are still rather blunt in front of goal, and while a new number nine is unlikely to come in this month, it has to be the top priority come the summer transfer window.
Of course, there are a number of strikers who could be on the move this summer – most notably, Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen’s future has been discussed a lot over the past few weeks as he looks to move on from Napoli at the end of the season, and speaking on the BBC Radio Five Live Football Daily Podcast, Chris Sutton has claimed that the Nigerian should join Arsenal this summer instead of Chelsea.

Osimhen should join Arsenal
Sutton shared his verdict on the £50m man.
“Do we think that Arsenal are going to push more than Chelsea in the next couple of seasons? Probably, but Chelsea are a bit of a slow burner. They are getting a little bit better Chelsea,” Sutton said.
“It’s difficult to see how this one will pan out. But Arsenal are getting desperate for a No 9.
“Certainly with Nicolas Jackson, Osimhen is a massive upgrade. Nkunku can’t get himself fit and you feel for Pochettino with that one. They are interesting Chelsea because it’s not totally out of the realms of possibility that all of a sudden next season they hit the ground running and really push because they do have some good players.
“But if he’s (Osimhen) really ambitious at this moment in time, you wouldn’t touch Chelsea ahead of Arsenal.”
No-brainer
In our view, this one is a no-brainer.
Yes, Osimhen might earn a bit more money at Chelsea, but he’d still earn an absolute fortune at Arsenal, and he’s almost certainly be playing Champions League football.
There’s no two ways about it, Chelsea are a mess right now, and if you’re a footballer who is serious about winning major trophies over the next few years, you simply can’t be heading to Stamford Bridge at this moment in time.
If Osimhen is given the choice, he should absolutely join Arsenal instead of Chelsea.
