Chris Sutton and Celtic fans have reacted after watching Joe Hart pull off a stupendous double save during Thursday’s win over Jablonec. Celtic cruised to a 3-0 win over the Czech side, having already won the first leg 4-2. Sutton and Celtic fans applauded Hart for a moment in the second half.

Starting his third match for Celtic, £15k-a-week (Romano) Hart clocked up his second clean sheet for the Hoops. Having conceded two to Jablonec on his debut, he has since kept clean sheets against the same side and Dundee. But he had to work for it, making a brilliant double stop in the second 45.

What have Celtic fans and Sutton said about Hart and double save?

Just after the hour mark, Hart pulled off two successive saves to the delight of the Parkhead crowd – who have had to watch Vasilias Barkas struggle. A poor backpass saw Martin Dolezal go one on one – but his effort was tipped over the bar by Hart. Hart made it two as Celtic failed to defend a corner.

The ball dropped to Milos Kratochvil but his effort was palmed away by Hart from 10 yards. It was Hart’s ability to stand up big and despite the pressure, back himself to make the saves. Sutton delivered a four-word verdict, while Celtic fans were full of praise for their new signing.
