Chelsea youngster Marc Guehi is wanted by Southampton and the career path of a former Blues ace should convince him to sign for the Saints.
The highly-rated centre-back is also on the radar of Norwich City, Nottingham Forest and Swansea, according to The Sun.
Southampton have a good core of youngsters, however, and that might convince Guehi where his future lies.

The 19-year-old should look towards Oriol Romeu if he is in any doubt as to which club to join on loan.
Southampton were responsible for reviving the career of the Spaniard. They signed him in 2015 and game time has been regular since he arrived.
In four years at the club, Romeu has played 172 games for the south-coast club and is now a vitally important part of Ralph Hasenhuttl’s team.
Guehi is a bright Chelsea prospect. He has been on the bench for Frank Lampard’s first-team four times this season; once in the Champions League and three times in the Premier League.
It would appear that the next stage in his development will be to head out on loan.
He has captained the under-23 side on eight occasions this season and is held in high regard by the football club.

Under Lampard, there seems a clear pathway to Stamford Bridge stardom at Chelsea. As a result, Guehi will be desperate to head out and impress.
Romeu earns £65,000-a-week at St Mary’s (Spotrac) and has made a successful career for himself in the Premier League.
Guehi won’t have given up on his chances of making the grade at Chelsea just yet. Signing for Southampton could certainly have a positive impact on his career, however, just like it did for Romeu.
