Great delivery into the danger area for the opening goal. A number of impressive tricks and flicks, but his passing left something to be desired today.

Diego Costa – 6

Battled hard physically up against the Arsenal defence but had little in the way of results. His header set up Marcos Alonso for the opening goal but he was of little influence.

Back to his very best. A real pain in the side of Arsenal throughout and his goal is one that will be shown time and time again on television tonight and will undoubtedly be a contender for the goal of the season award.
