'Chelsea isn't ready': Some Liverpool fans buzzing after 'great news' before tomorrow's game
Liverpool fans are delighted with the news that Andy Robertson is fit and available to take on Chelsea.
Fit and ready
Liverpool are set to take on the Blues tomorrow, in what looks like the first real heavyweight clash of the Premier League season.
Both Jurgen Klopp’s and Thomas Tuchel’s sides have taken maximum points from their first two games, and whoever wins on Saturday evening will send out a statement of intent.
Liverpool have been boosted going into the game with Robertson’s return too.
“Robbo trained the whole week, of course he [is] in contention, no doubt about that,” Klopp said.
And that piece of team news, which emerged this morning, has certainly gone down well with Liverpool fans.
Robertson to start?
Whether Robertson will start remains to be seen, after making his way off the treatment table.
The Scot’s place in the side is less certain than it once was, as Kostas Tsimikas has impressed in his absence.
Tsimikas actually won Man of the Match on his last outing, which means that dropping him would be rather harsh from Klopp.
But in such a big game the German boss may want his most experienced players on the pitch, and that could count in Robertson’s favour.
