Arsenal midfielder Charlie Patino has waxed lyrical about Gunners teammate Catalin Cirjan.
The 18-year-old says his fellow Hale End star is “very good” and is on the mend following an ACL injury.
Cirjan joined the Arsenal setup as a scholar from Romanian side Viitorul Domnesti in July 2019.

Just a few months later, the 19-year-old had earned himself his first professional contract.
Cirjan earned promotion to the Under-23s in 2020-21 and made 20 appearances at age level.
The Romania youth international has also trained with the Gunners first-team under Mikel Arteta.
In addition, he was on the bench for the first-team for a friendly against Aston Villa in 2020.
However, Cirjan missed the end of the season due to the injury.
The attacking midfielder yet to play in the 2021-22 campaign.
However, he’s on his way back to recovery and will soon get the chance to impress once again.
Cirjan regularly posts updates from the Arsenal Training Centre on his socials.

Patino, speaking on a live Facebook stream on Thursday, said of Cirjan: “He’s a very good player.
“He’s had an unfortunate injury with an ACL, so he’s been out for over a year.
“But he’s on his way back to recovery.”
