Cesc Fabregas was a thorn in Tottenham Hotspur’s side during his 13 years in the Premier League with Arsenal and Chelsea, and the Spaniard has now teased Spurs when asked about his best Premier League goals.
The 32-year-old midfielder is currently playing for French side AS Monaco after leaving Chelsea in January 2019 to join the Ligue 1 side. He has since played 29 times for Monaco, scoring just one goal and creating only two more.
But the Spanish ace scored 50 Premier League goals during his time in England, in which he spent eight years at Arsenal and five years at Chelsea – either side of 151 matches for Barcelona. Fabregas played 350 times in England’s top tier.

Scoring 50, he also created 114 assists for teammates over the years. He faced Spurs 18 times, 12 for Arsenal and six for Chelsea – scoring twice for the Gunners and laying on 10 assists, but failing to score against Spurs for Chelsea.
His Arsenal stats against their north London rivals are quite remarkable, with a ratio of having a hand in 12 goals in 12 games against Spurs. Only two came from his boot, but creating 10 others is simply exceptional.
Asked by a fan which of his 50 Premier League goals were his favourite, Fabregas stated that all of the goals against Tottenham would rank the highest – those being one in a 3-1 win in September 2007 and another in a 3-0 victory in October 2009.
