Celtic are in the hunt for a new right-back. The Bhoys need cover with Mikael Lustig coming to the end of his time at Parkhead and youngster Anthony Ralston is only just coming into the fold more regularly.
One option that has been mentioned is Porto B talent, Fernando Fonseca. The Scottish Sun is reporting he is a £2 million target for the Bhoys.
It would be a shrewd addition for the Glasgow club, for a player who has often been in the shadows at Porto.

When he was hoping to make his breakthrough at the club he found himself stuck behind Diogo Dalot in the pecking order. The teenager overtook Fonseca after making it into the Porto first-team. He then made a move to Manchester United, costing the Red Devils a reported £19.3 million.
However, it appeared that Fonseca was on his way out as well. As reported by O Jogo, he was all set to join Italian giants Juventus. He was supposed to sign on a loan deal with a reported permanent contract at the end of it. However, the two teams could not settle on a fee and Fonseca was cast aside at Porto.
He has not even played for Porto B since October so he would be something of a gamble.
If it were not for Dalot he might be a Porto first-team option by now. If it were not for a lack of transfer agreement, he would be at Juventus.
Celtic can now capitalise.
