Shved medical pending
Celtic target Maryan Shved is due to undergo a medical at the club ahead of his move to Parkhead (The Express).
The Hoops appear close to completing their fourth signing of the January transfer window, with Brendan Rodgers having already brought in Timothy Weah, Oliver Burke and Vakoun Issouf Bayo.

Ukrainian international Shved has enjoyed a productive season with Karpaty Lviv, having scored eight goals in 17 matches.
The proposed deal is thought to be worth around £1.75 million.
Maja Bordeaux-bound
Josh Maja appears to have found his next club in the form of Ligue 1 outfit Bordeaux.
L’Equipe have reported that the Sunderland striker, who had been linked with a move to Celtic, has agreed a move to the French side.

The Bhoys had been keen to sign Maja on a pre-contract agreement, but it looks as though they’ll now miss out on the 15-goal starlet.
Weah loving life
Loan star Timo Weah has expressed his joy at playing an attacking team.
Weah made his debut for the club against Airdrie United in the fourth round of the Scottish club on Saturday, a game in which the American opened his account.

Weah said, via the club’s official website: “I love the style of play here, it’s an attacking mindset at Celtic. As an attacker, I love that we go forward and it’s amazing. You’ve got guys like Scott Brown, and Ryan Christie, and playing with guys like them is amazing. They’re going to get you the ball, and it’s up to you to seize those chances.”
The 18-year-old will hoping to see some more game time against St. Mirren in the Scottish Premiership tonight, and maybe even add to his tally.
