McGregor slams Rangers
Callum McGregor has stuck the boot in on Rangers, implying they lacked humility after Saturday’s Old Firm Derby defeat.
The Hoops won 2-1 at Parkhead after a pulsating game that saw Alfredo Morelos receive a red card and Ryan Kent knock Scott Brown to the ground. Andy Halliday was also sent off after the final whistle.

Midfielder McGregor believes the Light Blues could have handled the occasion better than they did. He said: “We deserved to win the game on Sunday, so we celebrated that.
“That’s up to Rangers, the way they want to conduct themselves. We always try and do it with humility.”
Dembele dazzles again
16-year-old starlet Karamoko Dembele has caught the eye once again at Celtic by tearing apart the St. Mirren reserves in an SPFL Reserve League clash.

According to Football Scotland, the youngster looked frighteningly good as he laid on two assists from the right wing.
The diminutive Scotland youth international was a total menace with his quick feet and dribbling and is surely heading the right way for a chance with the first-team in the next couple of years.
Alvarez valued at £9 million
Celtic may have to look elsewhere for a new defender this summer, after Club America placed a £9 million valuation on Hoops target Edson Alvarez (The Scottish Sun).

The 22-cap Mexico international will leave his club this summer to embark on a new chapter elsewhere, but Celtic may struggle to secure the 21-year-old if that figure doesn’t come down.
