Mahon linked
Celtic have been linked with a move for Sligo Rovers defender John Mahon (The Belfast Telegraph).
The Hoops are understood to be impressed by the teenager, who has made 30 appearances in the League of Ireland.

The starlet has already been watched by Celtic’s U21 head of recruitment Willie McStay.
With both Dedryck Boyata and Filip Benkovic’s futures in doubt, Celtic will certainly be keeping a very close eye on Mahon, who has also been linked with Rangers.
Benkovic admission
Benkovic has again implied he could return to Leicester City for the 2019/2020 season (Sportske Novosti).
The Croatian defender, currently sidelined with an ankle injury, said: “I want to make another step at the end of the season. I want to show that I can play in the English Premier League.

“I cannot wait for new challenges, I want more challenges, I set very high goals. I’ll do absolutely everything to reach them.”
Benkovic had been in outstanding form for Celtic before his injury, and him leaving would be a great loss for Brendan Rodgers.
Mulumbu favour?
Celtic midfielder has the chance to put the title race to bed this weekend by turning in a solid performance against Rangers for Kilmarnock.

Mulumbu left the club temporarily in January to rejoin his old team, and could really help his parent club open up an unassailable lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
Celtic are currently eight points clear at the summit.
