A number of Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to suggest that Tom Rogic’s display was one of the only positives that could be taken from the Hoops’ 3-3 draw with Aberdeen on Sunday.
It was ultimately another frustrating day for Neil Lennon’s side. They 1-0 and 2-1 down before getting themselves 3-2 ahead late on.
However, Callum McGregor gave away a late penalty to allow the Dons to equalise. It was another fairly underwhelming performance from Celtic, who have not won any of their games since the international break.
There were some bright moments for the Bhoys. And two of them came from Rogic, who provided assists for McGregor and Leigh Griffiths.
Rogic had not started a single game this season leading into the trip to Pittodrie. And it must be noted that some supporters were not overly happy with his overall contribution.
But there is no question that he provided a reminder of what he can do in the draw. They were two impressive assists. And some supporters have implored Lennon to keep the Australian in the starting lineup.
Of course, the fans will be expecting more as he gets closer and closer to being match fit. But there were glimpses of the difference he can make when he has the ball.
Here is what some of the Celtic fans made of Rogic’s display…
Griffiths and rogic once again proving they’re worth at this club.

Quite a few things to take from that game. Griffiths and Rogic start. Duffy and Ntcham dropped.

Hard to look at the positives after another poor result but 2 assists from Rogic and a great finish from Griffiths is promising.
Maybe I’m being reminded of better times from the Rodgers era. 😂😓

The positives being Rogic looked class again, Griffiths back scoring and Laxalt looking good. We need to find our spark soon
