Celtic set up a Scottish Cup Final against Hearts after beating Aberdeen 2-0 in their semi-final. Ryan Christie and Mohamed Elyounoussi struck in the first half to secure a comfortable passage.
The Hoops badly needed a victory having failed to win any of their four previous matches in all competitions.
Thursday night’s 2-2 draw with Lille seemed to have given Neil Lennon’s men the confidence to end their indifferent run though.
They easily disposed of the Dons on an afternoon where Celtic gradually started to look like the rampant side of old.
One man who was once again in fine form was defender Jeremie Frimpong.

The right-back has been in good form this season and is an extremely talented player who looks set for a bright future in the game.
Frimpong, 19, has played in 16 matches in all competitions for the Hoops, registering three assists along the way.
He didn’t claim an assist yesterday but he constant marauding up and down the right-hand side proved difficult for Aberdeen to handle.
After the game, the ex-Manchester City youngster took to Twitter to speak of his delight at reaching the cup final once again.
Supporters were quick to congratulate the youngster and here’s what they were saying about the teenager.
